The Hollywood Burbank Airport is a major airport located in Burbank, California. Opened in 1926, it is the second busiest airport in Los Angeles County, after LAX. The airport has been undergoing a $1.6 billion renovation project that began in January 2016 and is scheduled for completion in 2020.

In 2009, a new $2.4 billion terminal was completed and made the airport one of the most modern and efficient in North America. The airport has a C-17 Globemaster III military airlift wing and four runways: 12/30, 7/25, 3/21, and 11/29 which can handle any type of aircraft. In addition to its main terminal, the airport has a satellite terminal that can handle up to 8 million passengers per year. Long Beach Airport also has a downtown Long Beach terminal that serves as a gateway to the city's attractions.
